For the simplest and smallest of floor plans an equally simple package is available. For plans which have 4 or fewer bedrooms and are single story plans which come with good quality plans and sketches to work off.

Package B.

The next package up comes for those plans which aren't quite as simple. For plans which have 4 or fewer bedrooms and are single story plans which come with lower quality or incomplete plans and sketches to work off.

Package C.

For the larger, yet still simple plans, an affordable & practical package is available. For plans which have 5 or more bedrooms or are multiple story plans which come with good quality plans and sketches to work off.

Package D. 
$70.00
For plans which have 5 or more bedrooms or are multiple story plans which come with lower quality or incomplete plans and sketches to work off.

Package Additions

Landscape Detail.

For detail of the landscape surrounding the floor plan such as plants and footpaths, an additional fee will be applied. Site plan must be requested when ordering plans.

Site Plan.
(SP)
$5.00
For a simple site plan to be added to the full floor plan a $5.00 additional fee will be added. Site plan must be requested when ordering plans.
